the wine prices found on this island.
Unbelievable. I will have to breakout a calculator
and determine if this is cheaper than the box wine
we drink on the Mainland. |

12/1 -- Sugar Beach, Maui
The wind was light, light, light, but with a
12-meter kite in hand and a larger board, I
managed to get upwind; past the Whale
Sanctuary. |

11/30 - I am not sure if this
stretch of sand has a proper name or not. It is
north of Chez Paul restaurant on Route 30, but
south of Launiupoko State Wayside
Park. |

We were up for a change in our
lives. Something wild. Something completely out of
character. We wanted to shake things up a bit. We
wanted........ to spend a day relaxing on the
beach. |

Yes! Relaxing, talking to our
brother-in-law on our cell phone, chilling, just
ahhhh! |

The 11.2 mile hike through the
crater yesterday enhanced our desire to just be.
Besides, anytime I tried to do anything other than
lie still, my body said, H$%$ No! Just lie still.
PLEASE! |

So, I did. And I gazed at the
beautiful blue water in front of me. |

I walked out and enjoined its
splendid temperature. |
 |
Ahh! Tomorrow I will shake things
up. |
