Heading Hana Southside

Hana, Maui, Hawaii --
We thought we would head to Hana following the Southern side of the island which runs alongside the bottom of the crater or Haleakala Park. It turns out it was still blocked off after Kaupo I believe. It is still a beautiful trip. The roads are passable but bumpy. We drove very slowly and made a day of it.

So much for signs. We came to another blockade up ahead which used a 10 ft. long cement block to stop traffic. That one worked. We turned around.
